Despite a bit of miscommunication with initial scheduling, they made right and sent a tech to our home that evening. Service was quick and friendly. We are so thankful for our tech to come in and rectify a stoppage after previously being told (by another company sent by home warranty) that we required extensive construction work to rectify.
